The Alaska Family Violence Prevention Project (AFVPP) provides technical assistance and training referrals on domestic violence to health care and service providers. The AFVPP Clearinghouse provides central, statewide access to family violence educational/training resources at no charge.

Domestic Violence Posters, Training Overheads & Slides, Magnets, Buttons

In addition to educational/training resources available on loan, the AFVPP can also provide a variety of posters, "1 in 5 women" and "Everyone Deserves a Safe Home" booklets, "RADAR" screening reminder magnets, "It's OK to talk to me..." buttons, FUND safety cards, information cards, and other AFVPP training materials.

(In addition, other videos and booklets are available from the Section of Maternal, Child, and Family Health on pregnancy, alcohol, abstinence, babies and baby care, nutrition, accidental injury, and a variety of other family health issues.)

These library resources are generally available at no cost to you. (Note: In-State requests may receive priority processing.) If you have suggestions for resources or need assistance locating other family violence resources/training materials, let us know.
